Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sessions purchased for the services of Vitruvis Energy require a minimum of 48-hour advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling must be made by written notice to Vitruvis Energy immediately. The booking fee will be charged in full for missed or cancelled appointments without prior notification.
Vitruvis Energy reserves the right to cancel a reading at any time with prior notice to the client. Payments made for any readings cancelled by Vitruvis Energy will be refunded in full with priority booking for the client upon rescheduling. Vitruvis Energy is unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.) in the case of an in-person reading cancellation.
This document represents the entire understanding between user and Vitruvis Energy regarding the Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, and supersedes any prior statements or representations. When using the Website or making any purchase from Vitruvis Energy, the user agrees to be bound by these policies.
